La-z-boy के खिलाफ़ डिलीवरी

I purchased a sofa and a double seat . Both included pillows. When the items were delivered, two pillows were missing. The delivery associates advised me to call La-z-boy and request them to ship the pillows. I reached out yo the store and was redirected to the warehouse representative. She assured thattje pillows will be shipped within 5-7 business days. To date, I haven’t received the pillows.
