Delivery against Walmart Supercenter

We ordered groceries with the Walmart app and they changed from delivery to pickup and gave are groceries away to someone else. We had no way to go out our car is getting worked on and they just refunded the money 10days from now and my wife is a diabetic we needed that stuff we are very upset.
