About RDACTD
We think a complaint should start a conversation — not a public fight.
RDACTD gives people a fair, private way to resolve problems with businesses — and gives businesses a real chance to make it right before anything goes public.
01 — Why we exist
The problem we kept seeing
Today a frustrated customer has two bad options: stay silent, or blast a public review that burns the relationship for good. Businesses get ambushed by complaints they never had a chance to fix. We built RDACTD to put a fair step in between.
02 — Principles
Built fair, on purpose
Private first
Problems get a chance to be solved quietly before they're ever public.
Fair to both sides
Consumers get heard. Businesses get a real chance to respond. No ambush.
Accountable, not vengeful
The goal is a resolution, not a takedown. Going public is the last resort.
The name says it: your complaint stays redacted — private — until a business chooses not to resolve it. Redacted until it isn't.
Private
complaints stay redacted by default
